Let Me Out is a productivity application that helps users reduce distractions by blocking selected apps based on schedules and usage limits. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

Accessibility Service

Let Me Out uses Android's Accessibility Service solely to provide its core app blocking functionality.

The Accessibility Service is used only to:

• Detect which application is currently in the foreground.
• Determine whether that application matches one of your configured blocking rules.
• Display the blocking screen when a rule is triggered.

The Accessibility Service is not used to:

• Read text displayed inside other applications.
• Capture passwords.
• Read messages or emails.
• Record your screen.
• Capture screenshots.
• Collect personal content.

Usage Access Permission

Let Me Out requests the Android Usage Access permission (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) to monitor how long selected applications have been used.

This permission allows the app to:

• Calculate daily app usage time.
• Enforce daily usage limits.
• Generate usage statistics visible only to you.

Installed Applications

Let Me Out requests permission to view installed applications (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES) so you can choose which apps to block.

The application only reads:

• Application name
• Package name
• Application icon

This information is used only to display the list of installed apps inside Let Me Out and is never sold or shared.

Data Storage

Your blocking rules, schedules, selected applications, and usage statistics are stored locally on your device.

Let Me Out does not upload this information to our servers.

Advertising

The free version of Let Me Out may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect certain device identifiers and advertising-related information according to Google's own Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Except for advertising services such as Google AdMob, Let Me Out does not share your app usage data with third parties.

Your Choices

You may revoke Accessibility Service or Usage Access permissions at any time through Android Settings. Please note that disabling these permissions will prevent Let Me Out from enforcing app blocking rules correctly.
